Refund Policy

Spartan Pest Control is committed to providing quality, professional service. Our goal is customer satisfaction, and we work to resolve concerns whenever possible.

1. Service-Based Business

Because pest control is a service and not a physical product, refunds are not automatically issued once a treatment has been completed.

2. 30-Day Service Guarantee

If pest activity continues within 30 days of your service, and reasonable proof of activity is provided, a follow-up visit may be offered based on the original service scope.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered if:

  • A service was not performed as agreed

  • A scheduling or billing error occurred

  • A service was paid for but not delivered

Each situation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • New or unrelated pest issues

  • Conditions outside the original treatment area

  • Pest activity caused by structural, moisture, or sanitation issues

  • Dissatisfaction without allowing a follow-up opportunity

  • Services already completed


5. Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
