Spartan Pest Control provides professional pest control services to residential and commercial customers in Michigan. By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Scope

Services include exterior and/or interior pest control treatments based on the selected service type. Results may vary depending on pest species, environmental conditions, and property factors. Treatments are designed to reduce pest activity, not guarantee permanent elimination.

2. Pricing & Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may vary based on property size, pest pressure, and service complexity.

Card, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other digital payments may include a processing fee.
Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

4. Property Access & Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to treatment areas and following any preparation instructions. Spartan Pest Control is not responsible for reduced effectiveness due to blocked access, pets, weather, or unprepared conditions.

5. Safety & Pets

Customers must notify Spartan Pest Control of pets, aquariums, or sensitive areas before service. Treated areas should remain undisturbed until fully dry.

6. Liability

Spartan Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, structural damage, or pest-related damage. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Weather & Environmental Factors

Outdoor services may be affected by rain, temperature, or other environmental conditions beyond our control. Follow-up services may be recommended if weather impacts treatment effectiveness.

8. Service Guarantee

Spartan Pest Control offers a 30-day service guarantee on applicable treatments.
If pest activity continues within 30 days of service, a follow-up visit may be provided when reasonable proof of activity is available.

Proof may include visible pest presence, photos, or inspection findings.

This guarantee does not apply to:
• New infestations
• Untreated areas
• Conditions that contribute to pest activity (such as moisture issues, structural gaps, or sanitation concerns)
• Situations outside the scope of the original service

9. Right to Refuse Service

Spartan Pest Control reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions, non-payment, or uncooperative clients.

10. Agreement

By scheduling or receiving service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
